  • Jahn's BIBLICAL ARCHAEOLOGY published in English in 1823 (Andover, MA) states that "Those books [of the ancient Jews], which were inscribed on tablets of wood, lead, brass, or ivory, were connected together by rings at the back . . ." Way to go Shaun.

  • @2011neesh It all comes back to the Egyptian with this man Joseph. The source of the Book of Abraham is now easily understood. It's a pagan burial script. Joseph Smith published a book on the Egyptian Alphabet. A work of fiction. So, there are two obvious cases of fraud of Egyptian "origin". Given that, how can you expect "reformed Egyptian" to be genuine? Don't you believe that scholars can read ancient Egyptian now?

  • @eeikman well its has to be because I believe it to be so or else why would I continue to read it and i have not really looked up what scholars can or cannot read. The thing thats really important to us is that Jesus Christ is the foundation we should build our house on because his is the only name were all mankind can be saved.

  • Come demasiado. La gula esta en el.

  • this is guy still trolling the Church? SOunds like / looks like he's wearing away. I ll come back i the year see where he s at! haha ... I give him the next the 6 months see where he's at.. lol still the same ol shit...

  • @einc70 hahaha yes ill come back in 6 months too, for a laugh lol..... the poor guy is being deceived big time.

  • @2011neesh To disprove Joes lies look no further than the absurd & blasphemous Book of Abraham. It was written in Real Egyptian. Poor Joe, he got the date wrong by some 1700+ years. And his own hand and his scribes, exposes Joes inability to get one glyph correct. While statistically significant it's in the wrong direction. All of it. If Joe couldn't get Real Egyptian correct how the hell is he going to interpret "Reformed" Egyptian for which he and archeology provides Zero evidence.

  • @IExposeMormonism and why is it that a man with no schooling education was even able to gain these records into his possession?, Isaiah 27:11-12 explains, 11 And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed 12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.

  • @2011neesh Joe proved his ignorance and stupidity when he exposed himself with his translation of the so called & absurd Abraham Papyrus. Isiah27 proves nothing Mormon except the gullibility and subservience of MoJoes to a despotic authoritarian hierarchy. Joe proved he wasn't much of a prophet when he entered Carthage jail, a jail w/o locks. Run by Freemasons. The Gov, Sheriff, jailer, etc all were FM. As was Everyone in jail w/ Joe. He was hit with truth pellets and took a dirt nap

  • @IExposeMormonism Isaiah does not have to prove you anything, the spirit you bring is the spirit of contention, which stirs up the hearts of men to contend with each other, this spirit is not from heaven but is from satan

  • @2011neesh Contention is pure Mormon. The stupidest piece of Mormonism is, well, there are so many, but this one, " A Hissing From the Earth" is a prophecy for the BofM. Which it is, but not like Joe claimed. In EVERY instance of the BIBLICAL use of the word Hiss it's always in a curse. "Astonishment' often is in the same context. Do you own an exhaustive concordance? Find a use of "hiss" is a warm wonderful sense. And get back to me on that. Thanks

  • @2011 Christ & his followers fanned "contention" everywhere they went! U r on a pg w/ppl expressing their beliefs on topics, countering what they believe. 'Nothing wrong w/it! Its called "different ppl conversing & debating" which God's just fine w/! I know that because it's demonstrated THROUGHOUT his REAL word & I KNOW HIM! So, unlike *U*, I STAND UP FOR THE TRUTH ABOUT HIM & *I* fight against baloney about my Lord! While U say "doing that's WRONG!" (even though U r here to argue beliefs too)

  • @EmBeesWeb aaaaaghh shhhhud up

  • @2011neesh Joe Proved he was uneducated when he made a fool of himself and his cult followers with his so called translation of the absurd non existent Abraham Papyrus wherein we find not one glyph interpreted correctly. Question: Why would Jews who hold tenaciously to their inheritance of language, ritual, history, etc, use Egyptian hieroglyphs? The lecture above gives us the BofM translation. Quite a story. And all those centuries and translations, in America, are in Egyptian?!

  • @2011neesh Don't you think we'd find some evidence of the use of Jews using Egyptian where the Jews Really lived? It seems reasonable, most civilizations, well really ALL, civilizations have established patterns of linguistics, alphabet, language and such. There is not evidence of Egyptian c1400BC hieroglyphs at Sinai. Also the glyphs and linguistics change over time. And "Mormon" Etymology as described by Joe is impossible: English (mor) and Egyptians (mon) had no contact. Really.

  • @IExposeMormonism read Luke 16:19-31. In the beginning of the Book of Mormon you will see testimonies of 11 others bearing witnesses before God stating the surety of the golden plates. When God judges men on the last day according to their works on earth I would not dare to accuse any race, religion, people or person, unless I was murdered as a innocent man

  • @2011neesh * you will see testimonies of 11 others bearing witnesses * These witnesses were either close friends or blood relatives of Joseph Smith. If it was the precious and sacred word of god, why did Joesph Smith send Hyrum to Toronto Canada in an attempt to sell the copyright to the Book of Mormon?

  • @2011neesh * and why is it that a man with no schooling education was even able to gain these records into his possession * Joseph Smith's mother was very literate and a skillful writer. One of Joseph Smith Sr. professions was that of a teacher. Hyrum Smith was also a school teacher. Joseph Smith grew up with the language of the KVJ bible. Given these facts, you say Joseph Smith was uneducated?

  • @2011neesh * and why is it that a man with no schooling... *

Joseph Smith's mother recounts her son's ability to read and ponder the Bible, before the Book of Mormon was "translated"

"I can take my Bible, and go into the woods, and learn more in two hours, than you can learn at meetings in two years, if you should go all the time." [Lucy Mack Smith, Biographical Sketches of Joseph Smith, the Prophet, and His Progenitors for Many Generations (Liverpool: S. W. Richards, 1853), p. 90]

  • @eeikman Nice researching, are you a lds?

  • @eeikman She also describes how Joe would tell stories of the inhabitants of the land, just like he was there, he could go on and on. as we all know! I don't have a page reference but I do have a photocopy of her book. The unredacted version that ol' Bring-em Young condemned and ordered his flock of deceived sheeple to deliver onto him for burning.

  • @IExposeMormonism you continuing to provide information upon information but your not able to back it up. It would be intresting to see what your next reply would be, thats if you would be so stupid enough to do so =)

  • @IExposeMormonism Yes, an American born Thai was just sentenced to prison for publishing parts of the biography of the Thai royal family on his blog. Likewise, Brigham Young could not have the personality cult of Joseph Smith unsettled with the facts. The questioning of Brigham's "god-given" kingship would not be tolerated.

  • @2011neesh * providing each other with unstable info * All the info I need to demonstrate that the LDS church is man-made is from it's own history, it's past doctrines that are no longer taught, such as Christ being sired by a sexual union as taught by your church in 1853. You can't testify of anything unless you have knowledge, and you have very little.

  • @eeikman faith is not to have a knowledge of things but it is to believe and hope in things which are not seen. You havent seen God, you havent seen Jesus, you havent seen Moses, you havent seen Adam, you havent Satan, so God requires a pure heart scientist want proof and evidence but the knowledge of man is foolishness to God

  • @2011neesh Yes, but I have read with my own eyes from LDS own books Joseph Smith boast that he was able to do what Jesus could not. I've read with my own eyes LDS publications that taught Adam was God, my own eyes that Mary had sex with God the Father. These things I have witnessed, and are real. I was ill for 20 years and held on and finally recovered because of my faith in God. Your church is a lie.

  • @eeikman you will have to show us where it says Joseph did what Jesus could not, Adam was God, Mary sex with God so you can help, and im happy for your recovery for God sent his son so that we can have happiness in this life and the world to come to those who believe in him... Would you have me killed for believing Joseph Smith was a prophet of God?

  • @2011neesh * Would you have me killed for believing Joseph Smith was a prophet of God? * This is a good example of a non sequitur. An abrupt, illogical, unexpected or absurd turn of dialogue.

  • @2011neesh * Would you have me killed for believing Joseph Smith was a prophet of God? * I've thought a few minutes about this odd phrase. What I believe happened is what is called Cognitive Dissonance. The tension you felt and perceived as a threat to your well-being happened when you held two conflicting thoughts in your mind at the same time. The source is the years of mental conditioning that the LDS church has subjected you to. Repetition, repetition, repetition.

  • @eeikman Would you have me killed for believing Joseph Smith was a prophet of God? Repetition, repetition, repetition?, (childish reply for a strait forward question). and IExposeMormonism "I can't find the comment. I probably misunderstood it. 2011neesh is severely repressed. But he's a good Mormon, to Adam=God".... the both of you are getting mentally drained by a kid ;)

  • @eeikman Mormonism has a built in persecution complex built on a paranoia embellished with a lavish narcissism proclaiming "my life is desired for death";

  • @IExposeMormonism With a Mormon, any criticism of Joseph Smith gets you instantly labeled an Enemy of God. How to get past "Us vs Them" paranoia is out of my league, it might be luck if I'm able to throw a switch in a Mormon's head, but it probably requires an expert in cult deprogramming.

  • @eeikman I can't find the comment. I probably misunderstood it. 2011neesh is severely repressed. But he's a good Mormon, to Adam=God.

  • Joseph Smith didn't "translate" the Book of Mormon. GOD did the "translating" and gave Joseph the words IN ENGLISH (according to the LDS story). Joseph simply READ the words that god placed in Joseph's hat, to his scribe (mainly Oliver Cowdry).

  • I always want to see the callers! Please make some more vids about callers that let some truth sink in...

  • @williamstdog9 Watch the shows yourself, at hotm.tv

  • Hey, my dogs have little engraved metal plates riveted onto their collars. (It's just contact info though, no scripture.)

  • The more I hear the story of Joseph Smith the higher the level of creative idiocy this supposed prophet displays. Sounds suspiciously like another religious figure L.Ron Hubbard. "Reformed Egyptian" WHAAA???

  • Just Google "Smithsonian Institute book of mormon" and "Michael Coe book of Mormon" Mr. Coe is a Phd and an archaeologist who is an expert in ancient america.

  • Are you saying there was no evidence of metal engravings during Joseph Smith's time, so that would support the LDS viewpoint,

or that there has never ever been archelogical evidence??

  • I stopped the video at 03:02 to google "writing on metal plates"

  • @mrlong78 I did too. All I found was LDS apologetic propaganda. Fact: there is no known extant example of writing on metal plates longer than the eight-page Persian codex and no extant metal plates with writing from Egypt or from any ancient civilization in the Western Hemisphere.
