  • You use mulabanda there right?

  • I'd use handgrips to protect wrists.

  • i thought you are meant to bend the elbows?

  • Ouch! What would happen if you started falling forward? Wouldn't you break your wrists?

  • good dude, but hold them longer.

And you should train them going from tuck planche in to advanced tuck from time to time.

  • I think you'd be able to do it if you weren't unbalanced because of the tracksuit leg being rolled up...

  • interesting anything else?

  • For wrist flexibility:

I've done tuck planche with hand a bit to the sides. That made the wrists more stronger and flexible. After I could do it with the hands to the sides for 25 seconds, I tried with hands forward, and was able to do it for 10-15 seconds. (That was no way I could have done that in the past.)

  • so its harder to do them with hands forwards?, im no where near this stage yet, but i find pseudo pushups easier with hands forward than to the sides

  • how did you get so flexible in your wrists any thing I can do to help me out with that?

  • Your not going to like thise one much...When I was about 6 my coach got me to sit on the floor with my arms out to the side and hands turned up, then someone would push inwards on the hands...and same from the front. Bit dangerous though.

  • Assuming he actually can that is, law of the lever , further something is away from the pivot the higher moment(turning force), so he puts it higher to get is horizontally closer to the pivot(his hands) so its moment is lower, so the less far forward he has to bend. Don't worry if you don't understand, if you don't it just means you had a bad education. I'm 14 lol

  • yeah but the higher you get off the ground the better it looks in the stadle planche, which requires a high ass, and its best to get into good habits

  • dude ur arse could be lower.

  • Whats with the Rolled up trackie leg?

  • haha..its a wushu thing ^_^ Force of habit, we roll it up during training or it gets in the way/catches on some of the jumps/twists...look weird, i know :$

  • serious back strength, love it, ive jst started learning the tuck planche, u got any advice for that?

  • I started off with a lot of pseudo push ups, and my wrists are quite flexible as well with I think helps.

Most importantly though I started to use a handytrim tool and that made the world of difference, I really find them so useful.

  • uk i admire ur hard work!!!! i could use some workouts to help me get planches!!! good keep prac, i take gymnastic too btu im nowhere to were ur at. i was wondering how good those weigh vest work cuase i would put 50 more pounds on me if it will make me stronger

  • thats actually quite good :)

  • You're getting there! Looks like you're continuing to get stronger!
