This movie is based upon true events. Specifically, DynCorp's operation in Bosnia in the 1990's. We (the taxpayers), fund their operations. They were raided by the 48th Military Police Detachment in 1999 and charged with using 12-15 year olds as sex slaves? DynCorp is an extremely powerful American defense contractor (mercenary) corporation now owned by Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. (a private equity firm located on Park Avenue) which also holds majority shares of GMAC and DaimlerChrysler.
