  • Dave, youre best sofar i think. regards from the netherlands.

  • Don't be throwing that Raine Guitar out.. BUT That Sho-Bud fits your playing style so nice.. I would have liked to have gone to Dallas this spring to hear you live and in person..

  • Very Good from Buddy Jenkins (onesteelguitarist@yahoo.com) I have never herd this song before but I will add it to my list of one to play. VERY IMPRESSIVE

  • Dave, You're a master. I enjoy all your videos.

  • Can't imagine anyone playing it any better! Thanks for posting, TR

  • I've been following Dave for a few years and like most all of his songs. However this one has moved to the top of my list. The chord transpositions and melody are ethereal. Dave - thank you for giving the world your wonderful gift! My goal someday is to purchase the "Learn to play pedal steel" DVD by Dave. :)

  • Dave that was great. You are moving close to #1 after Lloyd Thanks Ray

  • That is a beautiful piece of music! Great playing too!!

  • Mr Hartley...That is the best shot of anyone playing a steel I have ever seen....Beginners can easily follow the many changes and see all that is required to play like that....After about 35 years....

  • Dave, another good one for the records!!! Keep posting and we will keep watching and listening !! A safe trip to the big D enjoy !!

  • Dave: I love your playing! I was wondering what all is your 4th pedal hooked up to? I see in this video it looks like its raising string 1? The reason I ask is that I just have included my forth pedal on my Sho-Bud to my E9th and so far only have it lowering the 6th string G# to an F# I would like more. If I could just learn a new lick I could probably play another 20 years.
