  • So sick!

  • the clutches last up to 40 to 50 thousand miles for F1... it is also a 5k$ job not to bad i love mine its worth the upkeep

  • Haha. I love the comments. I thought the R32 was quick!

  • ...sounds like a car in need of an LS1...

  • @AlbuynoRyen0 I have a camaro z28. I am thinking of this car or a z06. I am going to go with the z06. Better gas mileage, faster, better looking and 18/28 highway. 0-60 in 4 flat (by MT mag) easier to repair with less repairs.

  • LOL at the comments, little to non knowledge and obvious never driven a nice car. THe driver shows knowledge, cool to him.

  • see i hate it when people are ignorant and talk about things they dont know. maseratis are anything but dogs, and because of their relatively cheap price for an exotic super car alot of people jumped to buy them however after they had their exotic for a few months they realized they cost a ton of money to maintain. thats why they sell so low. stupid people making stupid mistakes and trying to minimize their cash deficit. as for the quality of the car. its a FREAKIN FERRARI. period end of story

  • The maserati coupe is excellent. From 2001-2005 the engines where made by ferrari. The cars are made alongside ferrari's.

  • i prefer srt8

  • I PREFER SRT CARS

  • Actually it's 5,000 for a clutch replacement..not 20 come on!!

  • he was trying to show off cmon.lol

  • hus is it

  • It is owned by an acquaintance of mine.

  • Wait wait, did he say every 20000 miles you HAVE to replace the clutch!? And how much would that cost?

  • im sorry but did i hear every 20k miles you have to replace the clutch??

  • how long does the clutch last?

  • @INUMIMI28 depends very much on the style of driving...

    BRX

  • "hus"? really?

  • So you can buy one for cheap, but when something breaks your out 20-50 K....

  • Comment removed

  • they get so cheap because they are very expensive to maintain, come on now its pretty much a ferrari

  • The funny part is my '04 Terminator can smoke it, bone stock, for 1/6 the price. Maserati sucks ass, sorry. It's bling bling, that's it.

  • your terminator may be faster in a straight line than the maserati but its still a ford... drive down the vegas strip in a mustang and nobody will even give you a second look but go in an italian sports car and you'll get attention!

  • If they are for sale that cheap on Ebay, might as well get a great bargain, and especially just working and looking at that engine, its just awesome.

  • I've seen 2002 coupes go for around 24-30k and I'm wondering why they take such a huge dive in price...

Are they dogs after 7 years or what?

Seems a little too good to be true for such an awesome car.

  • i feel u i was going to get one used 4 my b-day bt instead i got a charger =/

  • Oh yes sir they are.

Maserati is just a "bling bling" car as Hypnoticsuggestion stated above.

New one of those 2003 Maserati's cost 90k USD.

    now they're worth 20-30k.

They're dogs. That's why Maserati went bust. Even Ferrari sold Maserati because it's trash.

    It has history, but still.

Stick to a toyota or a honda if you want reliability. When people google Maserati's, people who dont own them say they're "reliable" and "prestige" and "fast"

    in reality, they're dogs.

  • dogs are very loyal by the way..haha :P

  • @xristo702 when the gran sport came out the prices on the coupe dropped like a rock. still a great car.

  • clutch has a warranty for 6000 miles from main dealer

if you give it some stick after that it does slip a bit

they only do one transmission, exepct one has a semi auto shift duoselecter rather than a manual stick

  • how is it these things are so cheap, i found a 2002 coupe for 32,000! wtf?

  • I have one for sale for 22k check it on craigslist san diego.

  • Lack of demand and knowledge about the brand. Notice how there are very few Ferrari's on Ebay without bids or people watching them.

  • rich people and their connections.. "my friend is a state trooper, he was in the car and we did around 140" LOL

  • sooo expensive lol

  • I am looking to buy one...but how much you said is the clutch and i have seen you need to replace every 20K miles..please advise, plus how much maintenance you expect to pay per year

  • Well according to my friend with maintenance, its somewhere in the neighborhood of 125 dollars an hour. besides that, I don't know too much about the maintenance.

  • its a great car....if you ever get the chance than take a ride in an f430 or a 360 challenge stradale I did and I could not talk for days lol

  • got one! and yes it does go like shit! v unusual for an american to have one though!

  • Beautiful! i know so because my dad owns exact same car! i will borrowing it to go for a drive with some mates and hopefully will put up a video of it so check for my vid in a couple of weeks. also we took it to a raceday a few months ago and managed to get up to 230km/h or 140mph up the main straight! it wasnt a long straight but the power is fantastic and it was the first time we really put pedal to the metal and redlined the baby in 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th gears!

  • that thing handles like a pig, seriously its comfortable but the limitede slip dif is useless, and the suspension aint gr8,take it round a corner and it just spins

  • On a 2003.. but the fixed that problem in 2005

  • Nice vid. The owner seems like a cool guy, and I`m surprised at how much he knew about the car.

Gorgeous car too by the way.

  • The owner is a consultant for a very large firm. It's VERY nice, a 2003, he's actually trading it in to get a 550 Maranello, or a Gallardo. He may get the new 599 GTB though.

  • I wonder what the owner does for a living.

    I wish I owned a Maserati.
