anyone who has never flown into DCA should shut their pieholes. It is a very challenging approach onto 19

Cut him some slack! DCA is a notoriously difficult airport- especially runway 19. Even season pilots have a challenging time landing here.

He he may be unfimiliar with the airport. A little reassurance and good CRM is essential for a safe flight.

the comical thing for me about this is, he asks where he should go, the pilot (left) tells him just follow the river (ok maybe the co-pilots first time at this airport) and then the pilot puts his seatbeat on :D
