Don't point your fookin tenticles at me!! I loved this movie! Wikus makes an amazing transformation, not only physically, but mentally. However, there are a few weak points in the plot. For example, I assume they ferried all the aliens off the ship in helicopters, so where did all the weapons come from? Did I miss something?

I wish they had left the alien language more like this in the movie. It's a lot more what you would think of as being insectoid (or at least arthropod-like) than the bellowing and grunting of the aliens in the movie. It's funny there's actually one part in the film where Vickus says "slow down with the clicks there," which tells me they probably originally planned to have it sound like that. But in the movie you'll notice there isn't a lot of "clicking" in the language like there is here.

Man i just saw this movie on netflix, and it was really worth my while. I'm glad that i saw this. The weapon effects are awesome the storyline is kick ass, and the emotion it makes you feel is heavy. Towards the later part of the movie where the aliens try to get home and u hear this sad music really makes u feel bad for them. I really want to know what happens after they leave earth. They should make part 2 to the movie.
