  • oh ya man jack white rockin the mandolin.

  • hahahaha!! totally rockin the mandolin

  • Jack is a relative of Ashley MacIsaac, Buddy MacMaster, and Natalie MacMaster from Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia...who are 3 of the greatest fiddlers in the world and of the biggest names in celtic music.

Ashley MacIsaac opened this show and brought 82 year old Buddy MacMaster up to finish his set with him. Jack made a few references to them and the rest of his cousins in Cape Breton throughout the show.

The show was at the historic Savoy Theatre in Glace Bay.

  • hehe, when they comem to scotland it would be cool if they played the pipes. the crowd would pee their pants in ecstasy.

  • wooooooooooo...best concert ever i almost cryed when they came out on stage

  • nice :)

how come they made such emphasis on Canada ? and how come so much scottishness? lol im confused, Canada or Scotland ?

  • Read that their family made it to Detroit via Nova Scotia....

  • Jack White apparently has relatives in Nova Scotia, Canada. Nova Scotia means New Scotland in Gaelic & Nova Scotia has a prominent scottish ancestry/geography.

  • ah i see :) thanks, i understand now :D

  • WOW. Just flawless.

  • Happy Anniversary, Jack & Meg.
