@FrankieMarlow they do have competitions and cruise nights,,although they will get ticketed if they ride on the highway with too many lights on. the trucks are basically semi trucks that are customized by the owners. most are driven everyday too haul goods.

@FrankieMarlow just look up anything "dekotora" or somtimes its spelled decotora. it basically translates to "decoration truck". some of them get pretty wild. check out the japanese "bosozoku" extreme cars and vans too.
