If I was in Iraq, my thoughts would probably not be quitting tobacco. Hell tobacco has been used to help the soldier cope for hundreds of years. In any case, chew is a lot less harmful than smoking, and better than getting fat after quitting smoking cold turkey. Probably best not to start using any tobacco product in the first place.
