This looks like a mission how much money have you spent to set this up? because every episode you have a new contraption to add to the tank. This is why I am afraid to have a saltwater tank because anything you do wrong your collection can die. I would hate to invest so much money and have them die.
you guys are f-ing brilliant. making it easy for me to learn and upgrade to sps soon. will buy what i can from you starting with all hanna testers. thanks for making the best vids.
Another great vid, i think you guys took the fear out of starting to keep corals for me. Id love to get one of the starter sets from live aquaria. Thanks and looking forward to the next vid!
I hope you'll touch on the Reef Angel controllers and similar options. I'm weighing those options currently and would value your opinions. Thanks for these great videos, I really enjoy watching them. Your video on reefscaping with dry rock almost has me ready to tear down an established tank and start over!
@mxracer98808 These are the corals we added to the tank that day. Bubble Coral, Acanthastrea Lordhowensis, Blastomussa, Favia , Ducansamnia , Torch Coral, Lobophyllia, Candy Cane Coral, Branching hammer coral, Wall Hammer, Moselaya , Wessophyllia Brain , Echinophyllia
Wow! Thanks for these great videos! I just found them, and they are such a great resource for me (a beginner/intermediate reefer). I will be watching them all and can't wait for more!
@elmsteadfarm Music to our ears, we couldn’t be happier that these are helping reefers like yourself explore different options with your saltwater reef tank. Setting up an aquarium like this can be pretty intimidating. There is so much info out there it is hard to know what to do.
@tharlowXY I think this is going to be a fun one. Aquarium controllers add a lot of flexibility and redundancy to the system which is hard to value or understand unless you see it in action. We have done videos on reef keepers before but in this one we will show how to set it up completely using the common equipment found on this system.
Another great, gradual step in the right direction. I can't stress enough how good of a job you guys are doing explaining the logical progression an aquarist can take to continually upgrade/automate their system. Looking forward to Episode 5. Well done guys!
@MonkinOut Thanks for watching and the great comments. I can't wait for this starting a saltwater aquarium series to be complete. It's easy to think owning a reef tank must be hard but I hope this series shows how easy it can be and provides 70%-80% or more of the information required to start and maintain a tank.
@MrReefaddict Thanks, we enjoy producing them. Saltwater aquariums are obviously a passion of ours and it is really fun to be able to share our enjoyment of reef tanks with others this way : )
Nice job fellas, you just got yourself a subscriber.

Hey guys what size led light would you recommend for a 75 gallon? It would be just soft corals. Thanks
jaguars4263 4 months ago
@jaguars4263 I don't know about leds, but I would recommend a 4 bulb 48" t5 fixture.

Just A suggestion, you could have an episode on just all of the equipment brand, model numbers etc. As well as all of the live stock?
