@CaveGent These cutscenes use the in-game engine. They're essentially higher quality versions of unit models and can actually be shrunken in-game. Blizz saves their 'best' cinematics for pre-rendered stuff like the first marine trailer.

i personally think that these kinds of cut scenes seem less perfect then how they conveyed the story before

before it was more of a movie sort of tone, actually the tone was at a higher grade then movie tone

its the sense of realism when u don't have so much acting, people are doing things because they know they have power and theres no real personal relationships

Jim Raynor is the man. He was my favorite character in SC followed by Zeratul then Fenix. I saw this on another video somewhere and I tend to agree with it. It seems Blizzard made Kerrigan's and Arthras' fate way too similar. Good guy that gets turned evil and ends up wtfpwning everybody in sight? Either way, I can't wait for this game to come out.
