:O i never herd of it and if done 1 entire year of gearboxes, unmounting and mounting, at a profesional formation school, it's also truth that i never done a sport kind of gear box, but i thout that all gearbox must have synchronisers. Do you mind explaining me a bit how does it work plz? :)

Here's a little infomercial. A slight correction for the video, you can either do full throttle shift with clutch, or clutchless shift with a short lift off the throttle. Not clutchless full throttle. The dog's will be jammed tight. It's exactly like a motorcycle gearbox.
