I have read that they will not do a Batman with The Penguin cuz it would be to much of a difficult. But the possible villans are Cat Women, The Riddler or possibly both. They have not yet decided who will play the villans but there are a few they have in mind. The choices to play as Cat Women are Megan Fox, Anjolina (Big Lips), or Kate Bechansale (the female actress in Underworld). And for the part of The Riddler are John Tannet (from the English television show Dr. Who) or John Depp. I Hate.
