@DefendingYHWH I've seen you response and had something to say about it but you are a coward and have blocked me! It is true that the greek text says "He was manifested in the flesh" and it wasn't the Father that was pierced but the OT text reveals that Jesus is God. You still have much manipulation in your video response and take advantage of some errors in this video to push your wrong doctrines.
What does that even mean? Here is a question for you. Does the oldest manuscript have "HE" or "GOD"? I did block don't remember why it's been a while since I been on here. But if you want to debate sure.
@DefendingYHWH You probably blocked me because I go strait to the point and jws usualy can't answer me. You didn't answer my question as Jws always avoid and go round and round.
Is there any Bibles out there that agree with the Wt?
And I will answer your question: (I already answered it above) "He" is what the greek states.
Another thing, also if Heaven cannot be found in the sky by plane or jet, then it should of been discovered by NASA in space. Houston, we have a problem. James the Preacher isn't quite attached to Earth. We cannot find a man in the sky.
@TheScrewedGeneration Yes there are bibles out there that agree with the WT. For example, KJV agrees God's name is Jehovah, as well as American Standard Version and others too.
@TheScrewedGeneration He was created "first born of all creation" Col 1:15 and you are correct became in the FORM of a servant as he was in the FORM of God, but NOT GOD. He is the image of God.
@DefendingYHWH This may take some time. I will try to make you think. You may eventually keep me blocked.
Question 1 - Does any other Bible agree with JW doctrine in general? I am not speaking of the erroneous word "Jehovah", but on doctrine in general. Ex.: Jesus being a god.
Question 2 - What does "first born" mean? Does it mean "created first" or "having preeminence"?
Question 3 - While on earth, was Jesus a servant or not?
The questions are simple, please answer them directly.
@TheScrewedGeneration Answer 1: Absolutely; answer 2: in col 1:15 in that context its referring to first created; Jesus was a servant on earth and heaven
2 - Read the context from v.15 to 23 and tell me that the context is not of supremacy (leave out all the added "other" of the NWT) - you quote the greek when it favors you, but "other" is NOT in the greek. Please read from the NIV or KJV and see the difference.
3 - Jesus on earth was a servant:
-Notice it says "in the form of a servant" = he WAS a servant.
@TheScrewedGeneration Hold up you asked me about John 1:1 and I gave you an answer (and no I didn't even mention Greber, Moffatt, Goodspeed) I thought you were going to make a point regarding John 1:1, now your jumpoing all around? What was your point regarding John 1:1? Again, stick with one point out of time.
Here is my point: An author mentioning Jn 1:1 differently does not mean that Jesus is not God. Example:
Moffatt - Jn 1:1 -The Logos was divine / 2 Pet 1:1 -.our God and Saviour Jesus Christ. James L. Tomanek - Jn 1:1 - ... Word was a God / Titus 2:13 - ...Our Great God and Savior Jesus Anointed.
Goodspeed - Jn 1:1 - ...the Word was divine / Titus 2:13 - ...our great God and Saviour Christ Jesus.
A God means Jesus IS God. You should get those bibles.
Here's what you get when you read the footnote for Acts 8:37 in our reference Bible.:
P45,74אABCVgSyp omit vs 37; ItVgcArm, “Philip said to him: ‘If you believe with all your heart, it is permissible.’ In reply he said: ‘I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.’ ”
**
How different is that from the KJV? I'll show u. Ac 8:37And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
Heb5:5So also Christ glorified NOT himself to be made an high priest; BUT HE THAT SAID UNTO (Jesus), Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee.... Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers & supplications with strong crying & tears un2 him that was able 2 save him from death, & was heard in that he feared;
*
U guys can insist on Jesus being "God" all u wish. The simple truth is the Bible says otherwise when read honestly. Even the KJV says he is God's Son. NOT God.
If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him: But thou shalt surely kill him;
Jo17:5& now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee b4 the world was.
Proverbs 8:30Then I was by him, as 1 brought up with him: & I was daily his delight,... Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth;& my delights were with the sons of men.
Prov 30:4Who hath ascended up in2 heaven, or descended?...what is his name, & what is his son's name, if thou canst tell?
Jo7:16Jesus answered..,..., My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.
Jesus IS God manifested in the flesh. However he lived as a human, tempted as a human, etc.
Of course everything changed when he was crucified, buried (in a tomb), resurrected.
1 Tim 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
1 Co 15:1 Co 15:24Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom 2 God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule & all authority & power......
For he hath put all things under his feet. BUT when he saith all things r put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 28& when all things shall b subdued un2 him, then shall the Son ALSO himself b subject un2 him that put all things under him, THAT God MAY B all in all.
I wonder how old this guy's mind is? Not his chronological age, but say, his psychological rationality. If you played a game of real or not real with this guy and a child, who would win?
They've come here a few times before, but it's been a while since they got their last butt whooping. LOL!
The last guy left disappointed when he found out that their NWT (New World Translation) was nothing but a NIV and that it contradicted the KJV and itself. :-p
Wow, the NWT version of 1 Tim 3:16 is worse than the NIV!
16 Indeed, the sacred secret of this godly devotion is admittedly great: ‘He was made manifest in flesh, was declared righteous in spirit, appeared to angels, was preached about among nations, was believed upon in [the] world, was received up in glory.’
@GodGunsGutsGlory4KJV: Hmm last time I checked the NIV didn't have God's name In it, I should know I have both versions. Outside of nature I don't see how Jesus is equal to his father in anyway and yes Jesus is called God, so was moses, judges of israel, and angels in some versions, even Satan, true he's a false God but you don't believe he doesn't exist do you like the rest of the false gods, that would mean that there's no final battle!!!!
Father, Son, Holy Spirit. Always existed. Jesus was God manifested in the Flesh.
1 Tim 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh,...

John 1:14And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
James, you should create a video about the author: Zecharia Sitchin and his series of books that God is actually Aliens from the 12th planet. His evidence is the Sumerian culture. That culture was dated back many years before the bible even existed. What do you think?
I've put up 2 of my videos in response to this one and you still have not accepted them what's problem??????

1 - Tell me, do these mean that these authors are teaching that Jesus is not God?
2 - If yes, can you prove this by verifying the other "Jesus-God" texts?
ex.: Jn 8:58 / Jn 20:28 / Rom 9:5 / 2 Cor 5:19 / Col 2:9 / Tit 2:13 / Heb 1:8 / 2Pet 1:1 / 1Jn 5:20
3 - Do you know that the Wt is not deceiving you by keeping information from you about these authors?
Just like they did about Johannes Greber, Moffatt, Goodspeed, etc...

No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

Tell me James, if "no man has seen God at any time' Y is it u swear up & down that he is? Because u misunderstand other verses?

If Jesus is "God" y did Phillip say 2 him@: Jo14:8...: “Lord, show us the Father, & it is enough for us.”

Funny. My wife just called me as she is leaving to the store to come out front (of the house) and talk to some lady(s) who were going door to door.
I didn't because I was getting ready to get into the shower.
But I was like "Jehovah's Witness?"
She says no. But there's still a chance they were.
Jehovah's Witnesses don't like to tell you right away that they are Jehovah's Witnesses.
