I have to interject with something as a WESTERN immigrant to Norway - my wife could not get work for two years, despite the 3% unemployment rate, and even though she took all the Norwegian courses ASAP. Almost nobody here speaks a comprehensible dialect corresponding to Bokmål, and few people will bother to be sociable with foreigners (white or black) - but to work a random job, a main qualification is obviously to have to understand people. It is not that immigrants are lazy.

The police ignored his screams the whole night while he was brutally raped all through the night. Afterwards he was tested as HIV positive due to the brutal rape.

Hate to break this to you but there are only 150 jewish people in Iceland. None of wich have any office....o wait i think the police chief in Ísafjörð is jewish. So we got one in some type of office.
