Yeah, for the News 2 era they had virtual screens and virtual weather maps, seriously...right now, they could get away with making the real thing, but I guess it wasn't within their budget to get the real thing...
Those graphics were one of my first design/animation jobs. I was stoked to get a news open right off the bat.

Mark Danon is the chief meteorologist at KRON-TV in San Francisco. He got fired by WCBS because he got caught trying to buy cocaine near the studios.
