These engines are already high compression. Adding boost is just asking for detonation and a hole in a piston.

Back then, motor was new. 414rwhp. After breaking the motor in, 426.

No numbers? Must not have been too good then. I know that stock motor has a bad dyno graph, too peaky so it can't stay in the power range very long like the Triton motors can.

I have a 2005 nissan titan se crew cab with a k&n air intake. Overall I love this truck, whether it being the price or the power this hunk of metal produces. The stock system has a mean and strong sound to it and the interior can be very comfortable. My problems have just recently been the exhaust and air sensor. The catalytic converter went out while messing around in it. Now it backfires and bogs down, have to wait about a month to enough money. Going to buy Banks monster exhaust

Turbo for sure. The STS turbo or the Garrett turbo both work great without any real problems. Superchargers on a Titan are nothing BUT problems!

I would not add boost to this motor. If you want a boosted truck platform, go with a Chevy.

The remote turbo Titan didn't do well at the track. The Nissan ecu for the Titan is a bear.

I like to be different. Around here, everyone drives a dodge 1500 with the hemi. I like them but too many people have them.

true... there just like hondas "everyone has one" thats why I would like to make a lifted 500-600hp fronty... alot of money but who else would have one near me ( North Jersey ) Like those rims too on your titan have you had any axle problems... mine blew up twice already and I brought it to the dealer and they were scratching heads..... I wasnt doing anything stupid.. no mudding.. yet..... and towed a trailer with a quad... 60K Warranty FTW!

it was... and still broke down.. there not made like they use to make them ill tell you that much... but I still hold loyal to dodge and very little chevy .... im starting to loose my interest but I think the titan is fuckin awesome theres too much technology running these cars in todays world... which means that theres more shit that could break. not the simple 350 small block anymore

just get one before 2010. In 2010, Titan will be produced by Dodge. Nissan will be able to use cummins diesels, but I like the overall build quality of Nissan right now.

They will be adding a diesel option, they had better keep the Endurance 5.6, that engine is too strong and smooth to let go. The Nissan heavy duties will be coming out in '11, I hope.
