I have Gotten many really nice games in MW2 whit:

Famas + Red Dot

Sleight of hands Pro + Stopping Power + Ninja Pro.

Sensitivity 3 on PS3 Controller

1 Burst kills so i really don't recommend it silenced

also if your shot misses or some of your 3 bullets don't connect the target

you are in major disadvantage so i recommend AA-12 for Close Combat

My best whit Famas 38 Flawless in TeamDeathMatch Derail (of all places)

Can't Prove it but try the setup out.
