Could this instructional video be any faster? Serious trouble keeping up. I'm wondering how many of the 60K + views are the same person watching it repeatedly....

What is important is to make sure one piece of the thread sits in one of the curves whilst the other thread sits in the second curve. Once both pieces of thread are in their respective curves can you start spinning it around the fly. It took me ages to work it out from the video

I had to slow it down frame by frame and watch it several times before the penny dropped. I used the stop start button on the video to do this and it worked for me.
