the cheat for blowing up cars in one hit for ps2 is go to pause menu click options hold L1 and R1 type triangle triangle square square let go exit option and pause menu and you can blow up cars

Level 3 Mission 3? Well, you can just restart it abour 7 times, then fail on purpose, and a 'SKIP' option should appear, allowing you to skip the mission ;).
