Excellent about contact field and heart meditation. God-centered attention on the heart influences blood that flows through the body. The heart definitely represents God, as as do the thumbs on the hands and the eyes in the head. This is basically raja yoga that deals with cleaning the astral body and energy centers such that God's love, power and personality can be experienced within one’s self as a temple of God.
