The woman singing in this video IS Meav ni Mhaolchatha. She had dark hair on the cover of one of her solo albums but nearly every other picture and video shows her as blonde.

She has left Celtic Woman since this concert was recorded and other girls have performed this song, including Lynn Hilary who is a brunette, but I assure you this video is of Meav.
