Okay let's see. Competitors of this would be the Merc CL and BMW 6 series. A fully loaded BMW 650i costs just above $100k. A fully loaded Merc CL550 about $130k. This is $217k. That's a no-brainer. Both, the Merc and BMW handle better, look better (in my opinion), have a nicer interior, far better and more tech gizmos (stuff like night vision and all kinds of driver assistance stuff) and about the same top speed / acceleration due to less weight.

@jshaw6600 It's a very low reving engine, made for being quiet and settled, not a high reving best like in some performance cars. I'm sure that the engineers at VW (Bentley is owned by VW) could crank out atleast 650hp from that engine if they wanted to.
