Finally - maybe it's just me, but the song didn't really seem like a tribute to me. It was just kinda a bunch of random clips thrown to music, with no story to be told, or relevence to the music.
For a first AMV, it's really not bad. If you want to continue to make them, though, I'd suggest these things to you.

Ehh.. The AMV was alright - but I do have a few critisisms.
Try to avoid using subltitles, with the exception of if it is extreemly relevent to the song and overall theme of the AMV. They're distracting and look really tacky.
