Black Sabbath is possible, since it will be their 40th anniversary in 2009, I think Tony and Geezer will be touring with Heaven and Hell next summer though...
It would be one of the best ozzfests ever, but it wouldn't ever happen because you didn't add the typical shitty bands that are always thrown into the mix like static x or slipknot

Ozzfest is usually composed of a few heavy metal acts and 20 other scene metalcore/hardcore acts to bring a crowd. Truth.
