I play this "piano" and not "forte" but I do have to agree that is does sound quite nice to play it "forte"

It is 'easier' in one sense, compared to Mazeppa or Feux Follets, in terms of sheer technique. It still requires that intangible artistic something to truly bring this to life. I've always loved Cziffra's take on Liszt. Phenomenal technique wedded to a highly flamboyant artistic temperament.
