Pakistani nukes are probably one of the SAFEST nukes in the world..Just go google strategic command of Pak military.They have about 50,000 HARDCORE and BEST TRAINED troops forming the Strategic armed division of Army..Terrorists would have to defeat 600,000 STRONG+ troops (Artillery,tanks,gunships,F-16s and everything) and THEN they would have to take out the CORE of Army (Strategic command)...IMPOSSIBLE !

@auzer1000 I hope your right. Why would they be trying to take over in Pakistan if they thought it was impossible? So far they been very successful at just about every venture they have tried. And, as I follow what news I can glean, they are doing the same thing there that they did in Afghanistan and elsewhere around the world. They don't have to defeat the whole army, just get inside and pay them to kook the other way while they drive one of those over the hill. Very portable... scary.

The average quality of life in Pakistan is still better than India. There are fewer people who sleep on roads in Pakistan in comparison to India. No, doubt India is developing at a fast rate but that hasn't dramatically changed the way common Indian lives.

This missile can carry the most important weapon that Pakistan can ever use in battlefield, a tactical nuclear weapon. It does not need a longer range since its purpose is to destroy an entire division of tanks and soldiers marching towards Pakistan. This is the Pakistani answer to indian cold start doctrine.
