Hi Matt. thanks fo the great tutorials. just had a problem with this one- i d/l trapcode particular . but at the point where you change the partical type to "custom colorize" - my version doesnt seem to have this option. Is this because i have a demo/diff version? any help would be appreciated

when i follow u up to where u create new composition, i don't have a composition with blocks of black and white. Yet before I create layer camra, an error pop-up telling me to select 3d layer, but i can't.

nah i mean inside after effects....once i add a new effect to something it plays real slow but after i play it once it plays normal again...is there a way to be able to play it normal even if u add a new effect?

Oh, that is because it plays from your ram, when you add a new effect and try to play it for the first time it loads into after effects ram preview, you will see on top of the timeline it go green on whats in ram, once u make any kind of change ram is flushed and so pay attention to what is green on top of time line to see when all frames are in ram for smooth playback, and depending on how much ram you have and how many fx loaded the amount that will fill ram will vary.

well, if your trying to get it for free you can looking up trapcode particular torrent on google or rapidshare, that is how most people get things if they want it for free i suppose.

Tutorial is ok but you needed to say that we need to download plugin, becouse this is not included in default AE, thanks im downloading the plugin
