The answer to why they are singing live now, when they mimed before now is mainly down to 3 reasons:

Firstly, They are back and have a LOT to prove

Secondly, More acts can/are expected to sing live these days

Thirdly, There has not been enough time to record new studio versions of thier songs, and the originals are a bit dated now, plus thier voices will have changed a bit over 10 years.

@4starKT Well, since no one lip-sync pretty much anymore...They are going to go with the times and not lipsync. They probably prefer not to lipsync. Their Gold tour(last tour) they had they did not lipsync either.
