steroids dont automatically give you a body like that , hard work weight training, eating right does!! Sure he took human growth hormone injections that helped but Stallone is the epitome of health and fitness at 65 years !

I think stallone actually looks better here than he did in Rocky 6.. His muscles looked kind of saggy in the last Rocky movie, But here he looks as solid as concrete

@Goldenchild795 Part of that was because that was the look he was going for in the last Rocky movie. What I mean is he is naturally a very slim guy, but in Rocky Balboa he wanted to actually look like a heavyweight boxer and weighed in at around 210. In the last Rambo he bulked up to about 220. But he normally walks around between 175 and 180.
