I got to see a report on CNN about a three year old who got gang raped in the Congo, shot in the chest and left for dead. Sadly, she survived. Child molestation is inoffically legal in Germany and Thailand. This is not restricted to the Congo. Some say they need the illusion of dominance that they hope to purge, some say it is human nature.
