  • She is really good. but she needs a high bun

  • This Is Amazing She Is such a Beautiful Dancer! <3 I Love Ballet!

  • @NosHabebitHumus The piano part sounds. . . Not quite good mainly because the pianist didn't add any rubato to it. They were trying to keep i

  • i love the music !!!

  • q perfectO!

  • wow, this was filmed 10 years ago! :]

  • their technique was incredible. but i think they need to 'perform' more. ballet is not just technique, it has to come from the heart.

  • @skydivingjellybeans Yes of course performing is always key but the purpose of this video was for technique purposes not artistry. It was just to demonstrate the technique required for partnering.

  • Great form!

  • great turn out and perfect lifts

  • I loved that!

  • Prefectos ni un solo error me encantan!!

  • What is this song called? I've heard it in some websites but I just can't figure out the name of it.

  • I think its a chopin nocturne

  • Chopin: Nocture No. 2 in E Flat Major

Known as: Murmures de la Seine No. 2

    Dancing is very good.

    Piano is...well...could be improved...

  • Fantastico .

  • brv!!

  • wow..she's good

  • Hmpf...

she is so good. i'm a bit jealous thehee

no you're great keep on doing this!

  • that is how u properlly hold your arms in piruettes but they ways she put them there is weird. it looks like she is collapsing her elbows in.

  • lol..I think that was b/c if she would have done the traditional piruettes then she would have hit her partner in the face w/ her elbow..

  • who is the composer?

  • chopin

  • i don't like her arms in the piruettes

  • thats how you correcly hold your arms

  • i just had my first pas de deux class today!

  • Does anyone know the name of the song?

  • i don't remember the exact name, but it's a nocturne by chopin. i think it's nocturne in e flat major (op. 9, no. 2)...

  • oh, op. 9, no. 20. sorry...

  • whoaa what was the step at about 40 secs? it was veeerryyy prettyy :]

  • I know it was gorgeous!! I don't know the name though, sorry (I'm a beginner at Pas de Deux class DX)

  • i dont know the exact name but it looks like a lifted, turning fan kick or windmill (depending on what form of dance you do).

    it is gorgious!!

  • so beautiful...!!!

i love watching pas de duex !

  • smile, girl, your an amazing dancer!!

  • perfect

  • why can i be that skinny =/

  • amazing!! They have great turnouts!!!!!

  • ah chineeses dancers

  • ♥♥

  • Who are these dancers and are they performing with any company now?

  • That turn-out is amazing, she looks like its completely effortless. It took me about 5 years to be able to just turn out properly

  • she's an amazing dancer, but i think it could have been even better to see some emotion. Beautiful performace though :D

  • wow..she's good

  • Most of us don't get to do partnering until we're like 16, but these girls are 13 and 14! They are SO lucky!

  • a ver... pas in french means "not" and "step" but in this case, it means step, like in "pas de chat" or "pas de bouree"

  • this is absolutely gorgeous but it looks as though she has too much heel on her shoes

honestly though, anyone lucky enough to have a perfect fit must have a lot of karma built up.

  • XD pas de deux means 'not of two' (literally, anyway), so im guessing its supposed to be like they dancing as one, moving with eachother, and just generally being beautiful.

...i kind of felt like there was a lack of emotion...

no offense, of course; they rocked! woot! xD

  • literally, it actually means "step of (or for) two," which makes sense because it is a duet.

  • well, in dance, i suppose. but in any other area of french-worded nesses, it would be translated to 'not'...

    but alright.

......u can go ask some french translator... but i dont really care. either way, it gets the same messege through.

  • Je suis française!

    You are both right.

"Pas" means "step" and "not", it just depends in which sense you use it! And I thought both of your interpretations were accurate, just to let you know.

And yes, I do very much agree that they have amazing technique, but even being in a class, they couldève at least smiled!

  • well... the lack of emotion should be that it may not be coming from the heart. remember that a lot of these girls undergo very harsh training and because of it they lose theyre love to dance... or simply because they were forced to do so

  • "well... the lack of emotion should be that it may not be coming from the heart. remember that a lot of these girls undergo very harsh training and because of it they lose theyre love to dance... or simply because they were forced to do so" exactly. if you watch the other videos, they all look like robots.

  • i agree with you.. they look roboticc =S

  • I agree... that's their commun problem... what a pity!

  • That's true, but lots of them thrive from it too. It's the strict teachers that help you discover the passion, and the joy in working hard to achieve that state of mind, as I've found. Although.. everything in moderation would apply here, I suppose. :).

  • Thanks for upload this video :)

  • very pretty!! her arabasque was sooo high!

OMFG!! pointe shoes hurt soo bad, u dont even know! ugh!

  • i've been doing pointe for about 2 years...i dont find it to hurt that much compared to everybody else :D

  • oh well maybe i wasnt ready... hmmm

  • meh...i bet your really dgood though ^.^

  • agree that they need to put more feelings and interpretations into the dance. But they are soooo young and maybe they'd never touched each other like that b/f ~ lol, partnership comes with time...

  • pas de deux simply means "step of two" translated in ballet as a dance of two; likewise a dance of three would be pas de trois

  • pas de deux isnt it a dance that means love please tell me if i am wrong

  • Beautiful, this are the reasons y i come 2 watch videos on youtube! And u guys need 2 b quite about the language! who cares?!?! u came here 2 watch ballet, not read!

  • common guys, it's just ballet class, for practice, and normaly we never smile on this kind of classes. it's only for technique.

  • come on people they have such good control give them some credit

  • soz i dnt understand da stupid china launguige

  • Just because you can't understand it doesn't make it stupid.

  • Asians are very serious about what they do...

  • they're really good but i have to agree that they need more facial expression and gracefulness. Would it hurt them to smile?

  • wow that was graceful. give me Darcey Bussell any day.

  • Beautiful dancing, but one does worry about their weight...

  • impressive technique! but wheres the musicality?? i cant even tell theres music playing from the way they move, they could be in rehersal with their teacher counting for them

  • also, she's kind of stiff in some movements

  • i agree!! they have noo grace or expression in their faces.nothing beats the russian or french school.on the other hand they have very good extensions

  • he's got one tight ass

  • OMG LOL

  • Would you like to write that in English? Idiot.

  • They have amazing extentions, but absolutely no grace. Thats why Russia still beats the asians in dance.

  • Wonderful! btw...He has really nice hair...very handsome! (^_^)

  • Beautiful!!The asian never fail to amaze me :3

  • that was really good!! I wish we had some guys like him at our school!!!

  • ☺♪♥

  • que hermooooooooso =)☺♪♥

  • very well coordinated moves..yeah..
