It's not the beginning of The Zooropa Tour. In fact this is 15-06-1992.

It was the beginning of the Zooropa Tour in May 1993. Maybe they encountered some technical problems during the show.

i see it as a moment he's sensing and he's pushing to build on it, which he does beautifully. how would they know to take it slower unless he directed it, though i'd think they'd know he'd taken it down a notch-- maybe they weren't paying enough attention. the result, for me, is the most phenomenal version i've heard. he's the one up there singing & it depends on him, in a way. you can see it moving through him. wow.
