  • This is not about black or white problem is about justice and equality for all people. and also to love Mother Africa and to help the people who need help and to build Africa with love and true leadership like what our fathers have done.remember it will not be easy but we will over come.because there are good white people who love humanity and bad black man who hit humanity.

  • Wake up people and stop sleeping you been sleeping too long is time. when do you want the wishes of our Ancestor to stand? that is why we are here to defend what is right.the holy Bible is our will so children wake up and make them proud.there is nothing coming from the sky to help us the only solution is the unity of us all.so stand tall and stand firm.

  • MILITARY FIRST! WE MUST BE ABLE TO DEFEND OUR ANCESTORS AS THEY RETURN IN SPIRIT, THEN PROCEED WITH NATION BUILDING.

  • He had no other prominent African American or Caribbean leaders on his side. His loneliness in the struggle for true justice for the Black race confined him to an invisible corner where he was badgered by White Racists and Blacks who didn't believe he was correct let alone sane. He was severely misunderstood and this misunderstanding made him belligerent and angry and ultimately ineffective. Its a shame because he was the REAL DEAL. We'll never have another Garvey. America shitted on out freedom

  • @bentouta5 WELL STATED.

  • historians are lol- spies are what brought him down

  • Untill the day black Africans who were bought and shipe into the america continent

learn to stop living like gun stars with big gold chain and woman singing drinking alcohol learn their root as Africans and the chosen people of yaweh, then africa will

have peace and love that is we Africans prayers.for we African don,t manuafacture nuclear weapons or chemical weapons, jahhh Rsatafari.

  • @MrNanabrobbey wow....that's a whole lot of stereotyping. I know many Black people that I wouldn't dare call anything less than Ms. 'so-n-so' or Mr. 'so-n-so'. Recognizing the people in a community as individuals seems to be the first step. These respected members are not necessarily more educated, often they are less so, and yet they make better decisions. The question would be, 'why do they make better decisions?' This is no different than the classes (caste) of any race or culture.

  • @MrNanabrobbey In the meantime, if you don't mind.....feel free to pray for us all. There are a few global problems out there that a little divine intervention from Allah/God/Yaweh certainly couldn't hurt, right?

  • We talk about Africa like we're going to do anything to help the continent anytime soon. Any clue what the rape/starvation/AIDS/Violent Crime/Death rates are in any single area? Where is the project to demand forces and human rights aid be hand delivered "by all means necessary"? Malcolm X was right. One of the first steps is to hold someone accountable. The United States, British and Dutch (for starters) should be tried for Crimes Against Humanity. It would be a start.

  • I went back and reread the conversation about Malcolm X . He had no reason to believe that exposing his teacher would make him suddenly 'godly' in the eyes of the NOI. He knew it was signing his own death warrant, but did it because it was right. Not because he was pissy about being chastised 'in front of the other boys'. BUT if that hadn't gotten him killed, his insistence on taking the U.S. to International trial with the UN damned sure would have. For that he is my hero.

  • This shows that when we are dealing with the Amerikkkan Gov. we are dealing

with a beast. A beast with seven heads. We must cut them off one by one.

That same beast lives today. Let us prepare to defend ourselves against the

beast to make sure that our future "prophets, and visionaries" are not slain

nor undercut, by the beast. I want to congradulate the 2brothers who

silienced the uncle tom, who was the key witness against Garvey. They

should be given a Holiday for their efforts..

  • He tried..but just like Huey Newton they infiltrated his spirit and mind.

  • why does everyone i look up to always fall the same way? they forget the reason why they started their movement: for our people, they end up seeing themselves gods and their word as sacred and unquestionable. I love Malcom, Garvey and Mandela but for some reason their ending is not as great as their beginnings. Fair enough Mandela didnt get power hungry, he just sold out and now look at SA, it's famous for violence disruption whilst he does nothing.

  • @tarisone When was Malcolm X power hunrgy?

  • @byanycost2 when he disobeyed Elijah Muhammad and spoke badly of the president when he died. he thought he would get the support because of all the followers who had remained loyal to him. he wanted to be his own man, that is the only reason someone who would disobey his mentor anf father. thereafter he was cut off and at the same time formed his own group and started exposing the very people that he once pledged his loyalty to. which is gay ass move in my opinion. he is still my hero though

  • @tarisone Eljiha Muhmmad and Kennedy both told lies that Malcolm exposed. I don't see why it makes him power hungry to speak the truth. Elijah taught his followers all white people were the devil but Malcolm went to Mecca and saw the truth. All Malcolm did was stand for what was right and that's why he was killed. He didn't do it for power.

  • @byanycost2

Exposing the truth is not a sign of being power hungry you are right but i was talking about the principle. he was given the cold shoulder for disobeying and because he felt alone and was about to lose his position he immaturely but humanly exposed their secrets. If you are going to embrace a religion you must live by their principles otherwise face the consequences but that's everywhere not just religion. He was killed because he snitched.

  • @tarisone You think standing for truth and snitching are the same thing? And I won't say immaturely because how many people would do the right thing even when they know they'll be killed for doing it?

  • @byanycost2 no no no, you dont get it, of course they are not the same but you have to take into account the reason why someone is telling the truth. what he stood for was the most noble thing anyone has ever done and i respect him for that. but put that aside and think about why he exposed Elijah. he did that to regain power because he had been publicly humiliated and disciplined like a child by giving him 'time out'. so some people didnt look at him the same way hence fear of loss.

  • @tarisone If Malcolm really wanted any kind of power he would've been just as corrupt as the top officals in the NOI that wanted him gone so they could profit from the lies. I don't know what your talking about but Malcolm was respected even more for taking a stand against the NOI and their false teachings even though he knew it would've gotten him killed. He proved that he only stood for the truth even in the face of death.

  • @byanycost2 Malcom was a very powerful and influencial man. now just imagine after years of increasing impact, that gets taken away from you suddenly and your own people start to doubt you. you may be right maybe he wasnt power hungry and people who remained loyal respected him more. But his message weakened because our own peope were divided. the movement became a battle between 2 or 3 groups and more personalized. Think about it he wasnt killed by the white man but by own his kind

  • ONe thing about this ignorant hand picked historians is that they speak as if Garvey had any other choice or would have faired better with an Attorney. You can not when in a US Court (Fake as gov't) when they have decide to prosecute you. What this historians don't suggest that Garvey should have taken the ex African American troops and taking this cowards to court. One of the ways to win this war, is getting the addresses of the Judges, Agents, Police, and Jurors. And pop their family.

  • this imbecile is a black hero?

  • @jetulik

You call him an imbecile yet he had more courage and vision than you would ever conjure up in your life time, especially in the era he was in. Not only was he great inspiration he had the full weight of the white US government place on his shoulders with all the underhand sabotage & trickery tactics white people are so good at. He was a great visionary, a great man.

  • not many people know of Mr Garvey. and even less know that Martin Luther King Sr. was a Garvey-ite.

  • So sad that the government tried to destroy this man. Blacks could've been under their own economy with less ghettos, more productive neighborhoods, businesses

    and everything else in-between.

  • Reminds me of Marc Emery. FREE MARC! LOVE YA JODIE!

  • this is some fucked up shite man! The story ends like this my god? This is sad man and very f up. Thats how the US GOV. roll's? I feel sad for Garvey.

  • Ok. I have a question. How can you prosecute a single man for made dealings by other people within his organization?

Question two. How can you prosecute a single man for dealings made by other people within his organization who could ALSO possibly be agents of the CIA?

  • @n0s1r it's called DIRTY WHITE POLITICS!!!!! they create the law and reserve the right to break because they are above it. they only make the laws to control us

  • I would love to see if the documentary would of been different if it was produced by the Jamaicans.

  • we're asked to have an honest view of what took place when this faggot ass hoover kept spies in the midst of any black leader on the rise of liberation

  • he got screwed by traitors and the government

  • reggae go green...save vinyl's records and cd's Digital age.... Bridge to Jamaica ,january 24th--31th 2010 ...save job's, save the Environment .....bridge to jamaica in the day ....... jamaica jazz and bluers in the night

  • i love the way she sang that song...it makes me almost cry!

  • out of all the people that turned on him it was his wife that had his back when he was down. But us men never give these woman credit for what they do

  • I beg the differ it was a reason he visit the KKK it because he know the history of the tru Israelite and they weren't white as we have today in Israel they are trespasser so we really don't know the agenda of the visit.

  • watch ur people and keep ur enemy close

  • Trust no man because man will let you down every time.

  • We've been through a lot as a people. Now in the spirit of our dear ANCESTOR Marcus Garvey. We need to further educate our selves and create a New Africa that will never die.

  • you couldnt have said it better, in order to dedicate our collective knowledge to something much more constructive

  • @castro198227 word!!!!! #obamacantsaveus

  • @castro198227 I'm a proud White racial separatist myself, & there is nothing Garvey did or said that I disagree with. Unlike King who became more interested in multi-culturalism, or X who became more interested in the spread of Islam.... Garvey saw his race & his blood as his faith & his religion. He didn't preach "assimilation" or "equality" ... he preached racial independence. He was against interracial crossbreeding & had many right solutions to the race problem.

  • @TribalSocialism ..he preached racial independence because of people like you.He didn't believe multiculturalism would lead to the progress of black people because there would always be some white people in power would use it for the disadvantage of blacks people.

  • who is the narrator?

  • Its people like this man that make me extra "PROUD" to be black!!!

  • @princessmarley: Black people had to be prevented from leaving America, because it would have fullfilled Bible prophecy, returning to Zion back to Africa.

The people who are declearing themselves the chosen ones who have returned to Zion are imposters, posing as a Nation to a land they never came from or belong, called Palestine. Black people will continue to be deceived, because they put their trust in are not trust worthy.

  • @princessmarley why?

  • look to the east...means look to africa...the crowning of a black king was His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie I....the prophecy was already fulfilled

  • it's a shame our leaders have always been taken away from us...this was their way of instilling hopelessness and fear in us..this is why they loved Martin so much

  • cuz we always think we need the white man to do something whether its money or just to backed by a white person. we dont! we need to back each other and we dont and thats the problem! if we could just come together on something we would be so powerful and they know this and they are afraid of this thats y all these movers and shakers of our past were targeted hard and gunned down. its just like willie lynch, gun down the brother in front of us to make us scared and kill our spirits

  • Papa Marcus Mosiah Garvey is a great Afrikan hero.

Papa Garvey got us to stand up and to never fear the devils.

It's obivious these devils and stooges plotted Papa Garvey's downfall.

The Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey, a great Pan-Afrikan leader and hero.

  • there is no justice 1st mistake

  • we need to know more and study great black leaders such as he. especially where he made his mistakes.

  • I think we all would learn more from what he did right than what he did wrong.

  • learn from both if you are smart...if you are dumb learn from only what he did right and repeat his mistakes. you see it is better to be smart than ruled by emotions due to a comment you read on youtube. now i look like a dick. oh well.

  • What he did "wrong" is trivial and nothing new. What he did right required courage and is not found in the average individual.

i dont know if u look like a dick, but you sound like one for sure.

  • okay, yeah i'm dick, you got it. so clever. I still think that repeating some one elses failures constitutes a dumb move on somebodies part.

  • what did he do wrong exactly? the govt infiltrated his organization. Even assuming he did everything right the outcome would be wrong b/c the govt's goal was to make sure he failed and to jail him. He was in a lose/lose situation. His intentions were great and there has never been a greater leader of USA Blacks. Never & they praise that uncle tom MLK who had a damn dream. so what MG had a vision that he made a reality but for this corrupt govt.

  • everyone that worked with him was against him. u know how they say watch the company you keep!

  • He was a great leader. I admire his aspirations of the black race. A shame he couldn't trust those around him, and relied only on himself. We all need counsel at times.

  • Pride goeth before a fall! He was a great black man, however I see the flaws. A great man is shown in how he rules his household first. A wife was a hinderance? What was that about?

  • Not really neither Malcolm nor Malcolm had time for their families either. Greatness comes with sacrifice. I really dont recall a great leader with a great home though lol that's pretty funny to think about.

  • our mission now is to transform africa into a high-tech, advancved base of operations for our people. the New Africa is the ONLY answer & ONLY choice for us now.

  • The voice part made him sound weak lol someone should do that part again with some strength. lol

  • "I would not betray my struggling race, if I did, I should be thrown into the nethermost parts of hell." That's an outstanding statement by Mr. Garvey. I hope this is the destination for many of our so-called leaders throughout our history. Many of whom were put in place to keep us complacent as they fattened their own pockets while we as a race suffered in totality. A unified race verses individual achievements! Which is better for us all, or "would have been better"?

  • and he shall appear in the whirlwind...as was in his words

  • thanks 4 putting this up! Great man
