No, you can not attach a GP 30 to an AKS 74U. The 74U does not have the bayonet lug that the granade launcher attaches to.

There is however a grenade launcher made for the 74u. It is called "Tishina".

No, but there is a SILENCED grenade launcher made just for it, called the Tishina. Good luck finding it anywhere though.
