I was brought up a Christian but sometimes I see what "Christian" nations and people do and say about Muslims and Islam and it makes me ashamed to be apart of this society. If anything we are contradicting ourselves by our actions.. so who would God be more ashamed of?

(I still don't think I've EVER heard that first verse from Kanye here, though, although the last few lines in it do match up to the one on the remix I've listened to before.) I was just commending the DJ for connecting all the verses together so well. :)

BTW, the way you mixed this song was seamless; the transition from Kanye's verse (one I'd never heard before I hit this vid) to Lupe Fiasco's verse (we may share different beliefs as far as religion goes, but his call for all of us for tolerance and respect definitely hit home) was smooth as silk. :) Dope mashup, five stars!!!!

@cellphone1214 I know. Lupe's verse is actually from "Muhammad Walks", and Common's and Ma$e's verses are from the official Jesus Walks remix. (I still don't think I've EVER heard that first verse from Kanye here, though, although the last few lines in it do match up to the one on the remix I've listened to before.) I was just commending the DJ for connecting all the verses together so well. :)

You're right. He can do what he wants with it. He has, as far as i know, been given every right to. But as the saying goes "With great power, comes great responsibility". Although he isn't in any position of great power, power has still been given to him, n i believe with that does come some responsibility in what he does. (Not just for him/her but for all people in general). I'm not saying he isn't using his power for good. But if he/she's NOT than... i think it's a shame.
