Well I happen to be familiar with Pablo's stand up, and I know what routine you're specifically referring to. The thing is, they didn't rip him off, they just did their own thing that may be inspired or similar to his. Plus, it is a comedy group, and comedians get ideas from other comedians all the time. You can't copy write artistic thought, just the product itself, and they haven't took enough of the product to warrant any such accusations.
