  • I have one question, as far as the ginger - I bought jarred pickled ginger - It tastes too seasoned - to you soak it in water - or do you slice fresh ginger?

  • @tennispro97ify In your previous comment I thought you were talking about uncooked rice! I usually don't keep any of the cooked rice leftover from making sushi. Most times I finish it all!  I cook it a couple of hours before making sushi, giving it time to cool down. Any cooked rice leftover gets tossed.

  • @tennispro97ify The rice stores for a while (several months), I store my rice in my pantry. You want to make sure it is in a sealed container or closed up tight (If small bag rice, I put it in a zip lock back), bugs love sushi rice too!
