You can search for "killing cows", "killing chicken""killing fish" etc. The whales are killed very fast. We have developed a new technic, so that we can kill a whale as fast as posible. We have a sharp "harpoonlike-thing". We "inject" it trough the major spinal-nerv which killed the whale right away. This take less than a 1 sek. Then we cut the head almost off.

The pilot whales are the most common whale kind in the world and we are only killing about 0,1 - 0,2 if not less a year. With that said it´s obvious that they can reproduce much faster than getting killed. Various food is good, also good to eat pilot whales.

First off these Pilot whales have been a food resource for these people for hundreds of years,

the whales have thrived even though the islanders have killed a number of them annually.

But the Islanders are starting to think differently and are trying to stop eating the whale because the polution from the ocean has entered the whale meat and blubber so now it's becoming dangerous to eat them. :(

All animals that are put on our dinner plate are killed one way or another!
