It's drop D tuning. So your open low E string is a D note.

It looks like a fender strat. i have one that looks identical but mine is a strat squier 2. same color body and same color neck.

an easier way to drop d is to hit the d string and the e string, and make the e match with the d:)

Well when you say "tuned to dropped D" all you do is lower the lowest E string down to a D. So to answer your question, you only have to tune the e string down. Sorry if that came off sarcastic sounding. Wasn't trying to.

yea that's true. You can just play power chords (regular chords with third intervals) But this gets a little tricky when switching fast in the chorus like at 2:17

yea that's what i did. I was playing some songs by AcDc and had it sounding pretty good, then i played the joker and the theif and it sounded like it did in the video. Just mess around with your treble, mid, high,and gain until you get the right sound.
