I love vioolin and cello... im kinda sad because for 8 years i have been wanting to play one of them and every year im promised that i will get one for christmas, then i never do, i finally gave up, but my other joy is trombone and it has been for 4 years. I still long to play violin or cello, to hear the echo of the strings but i have given up. your music has brought tears to my eyes i hope you keep playing, and stay happy.

@KanameGirl023 I wanted to play the violin but my parents required me to play the piano and complete a piano course before they let me start on the violin. And ----- thats what I did. My wife had played piano for 5 years but wanted to play the cello. Her parents didn't think she was serious. She took her baby sitting money and went to downtown and rented a cello.
Boccherini wrote this as a trio. My wife played the 2nd violin part on the Cello. The cello part is not as challenging as the 2nd violin part. I think it sounds good as a duet. But, if you have another cellist show up it sounds good as a Trio. Music is meant to to enjoy and have fun. -and we do! Try it out.
Playing cello brings so much joy to my life. I only hope one day I'll still have the passion & be able to play as well you.

Making music with others is such a joy. Played string quartets with new people yesterday and it was exhilarating. Keep Playing.
