I have been reading the Law Of One. A book documenting transcribed sessions of an alien (Ra) being through meditation or what have you. A few chapters in (6th taped session i believe), Ra reveals that there is a council or federation of sorts that exists in the 6th realm (or density) in saturns rings. So to ask how someone knows the sounds were produced by aliens is unnecessary, as no one has claimed to know such a thing.

There are no facts being stated as to the origin of the sounds; only opinions. The more appropriate question wherefore is "Why do you have that opinion?" and not "How do you know that's a fact?". To ask the latter question implies that the opinion is actually a fact, and not merely an opinion.

Not denying that this a cool recording. It is. But seriously: "Alien/God speech?" "Music of the Spheres?" Um, no. Sorry, not hearing it. The original report states that "the evidence suggests that each tone is produced by the impact of a meteoroid on the icy chunks that make up the rings," which emits radio waves. No mystery there. And I can't find any legit source on the "most intriguing file" quote. But the "Wow! signal," on the other hand, now that's a real mystery (Google it, very cool).
