If you have a 3/4 beat you can split it up in 6/8 12/16 and so on. If you play demisemiquaver thirteentuplets you could name it a 39/39 beat (3*13=39). Now you just end the beat at the 27/39th thriteentuplet and you got a 27/39 beat. Of course it is out of question, if someone would use it while playing, but it is possible.
