Both PC and Mac has Photoshop. The program is rather expansive. It is not about which version of photoshop is used, it is about the skill and imagination of the user. The very basic version of Photoshop would do. The question is do you have the skills and technique to create such an impressive effect. I am not a professional photoshop user, thus I found it very complex to use.
