  • Me and my mom watch this every year before we go to disneyland and Donny does look like Justin Beiber lol but i always wondered the same thing when they said who is EJ Peaker lol

  • check it out Donny Osmond as a young boy and a young Kurt Russell too!

  • When we visited there, I pulled off Goofy's head and ran with it. The guy in the costume was so pissed, he ran after me, screaming obscenities. He got fired for that. I laughed so hard I nearly pissed my pants. That was quite amusing.

  • @JeffersonDinedAlone You must be so proud ... and your parents too.

  • 7:12 PedoBear

  • that kid looks like justin beiber

  • @McdonaldsHashbrown wow way before Justin Beiber. believe it or not but thats Donny Osmond back when the Osmonds brothers were a really groovy band.

  • This was a time when America still has class . . .my Lord what has happened since is a disgrace . . . .

  • the osmonds were all cute n i love this song down on the coner n everytime when i get on that bus i sing that song. lol.

  • My mom tells me all the time about how when she was a teenager every girl was in love with the Osmonds. I now know why. Damn they cam sing. This is the first time I've ever heard them. I didn't know Donny was every this young... he's adorable!

  • Emily was quite the slut!

  • This was produced by Ron Miller. Walt Disney's Son-in-law!

  • Why Does Donny Look Like Justpin Beaver?

  • Disneyland' s Golden Years 1955-1985 alot has sure changed, esp the dress!

  • 7:49 is priceless! Dixieland jazz and a swingin' bear. ;-)

  • I love this episode. I like the way the osmonds sing down on the corner

  • he went on to bang goldie hawn....

  • I think Justin Bieber had his inspiration for his haircut from these guy's LOL

  • Dig the giant lollipop at 7:02

  • I love these classic programs. Shot on film--so it evoked this deep other world. No easy shortcuts and crutches being used like the whiplash crank-motion digital camera movements that saturates today's stuff. I used to see this kind of stuff on the Disney Channel all the time in the 80's. It was already "outdated" then, but they still had no compunctions about airing it, and the national audience had no problems with watching it.

  • I remember disney channel use to show this like at twelve at night it made me want to go to disney... so me and my wife go about every two years... just to be kids again

  • I havent seen this in awhile, thanks so much for posting. If I remember correctly, Osmaonds sang Down On The Corner on Main St. Wowwww.

  • I was born in 1968 and the Osmonds were close to my family.

  • I forgot about those red outfits cast members use to wear in the 70s.. But 7:11 is kinda creepy, it's like pedobear is taking off with Justin Beiber.

  • looking back before Jay's nose got broken he looked so much like Alan!

  • my aunt is emily! the tour guide :)

  • I live in the 70s, how wonderful it was. Knowing all those WWI & WWII vets. who's victories gave us the freedom to have a Disneyland. WWI & WWII vets gave us the Jumbo Jet 747, I saw Woody Herman and his big band there too just like the vets of WWI & WWII and all other wars too. The vets gave us Disneyland. God Bless :)

Hippies & Al-Qaeda try to take it away.

  • Donny Osmond = Justin Beiber 40 years ago.

  • I have to agree with tinytoes409 (below); to be quite honest I thought I was the only one who would think these things. I have no clue why a sense of wholesomeness, friendliness, and just plain cleanliness are no longer items to be desired. It is so sad, that society as a whole has declined to what it is today, We walk the parks thinking that at any time we could be fought with, robbed, etc. etc. when just not too long ago as evidenced by this video, people walked and had just plain fun -- sad!

  • Parts of Kurt look *very* happy to be there is all I'm saying....

  • Man, if people thought the Matterhorn was the wildest ride of Disneyland, the would shat bricks if they saw the Tower of Terror xD

  • The first time I saw this video was when they were reairing it on Vault Disney on the Disney Channel in 2003! I bet that is when DisneyParkVideos Ti-Voed this!

  • that man in the glasses kinda reminds me of gene wilder

  • Wait; that little girly-boy is Donny Osmond, as in the last Broadway Gaston Donny Osmond? Dancing WIth the Stars Donny Osmond? I'd say Small World, but I think someone already beat me to the punch, lol!

  • DAMN that song is catchy! And E.J. Peaker sure can dance!! I love Disneyland! XD

  • And Brer Bear is not to shabby either!

  • wow i remember i used to watch every night on disney channel

  • that little boy kinda looks like justin beiber :0

  • hey this was posted on my birthday=)

  • Merrill looks good clean shaven.

  • @khtyson1 aww yeah he does,I love the way hes playing air guitar when hes singing

  • I was born in 1968

  • This Year 2010 Marks 40 Years Since This Aired!

  • I had the worst crush on E.J. Peaker after I first saw her on "That's Life" with Robert Morse, as I was in junior high at the time, and never missed an opportunity to watch her whenever she was on TV at the time.

  • i was born in 1970!

  • Notice how everyone is so nicely dressed...some women in dresses...not like the fat slobs that hit the parks now. They have all of their junk hanging out to get a tan...eeww!

  • @tinytoes409 I totally agree,I was thinking the same myself.

  • @tinytoes409 I was there yesterday and let me tell you, it was SAD. The Park is great, but the people walking around....I have NEVER seen so many obese people on electric carts in my life. Don't get me wrong, there are handicapped people that need them, but some of these people were just simply obese and didn't want to walk. Everywhere I went, there they were, in the way and taking up all the space. Reminded me of WALL-E with all the lazy people. So sad.

  • @mrclyde1996 That film was so dead on. That's exactly what will happen to humans in the future if things don't change.

  • @tinytoes409 People had class then ..

  • @tinytoes409 I was thinking "I can't believe how people are dressed, it was over 90 degrees at the park yesterday, I would have died."

  • This was back when the Haunted Mansion was NEW!

Walt Disney died 1966 but the haunted mansion didn't open untill 1969! FUNNY AND I MISS KURT RUSSEL!

  • OMG DONNY!!!!!!

  • i saw this too when i was little and staying up all night in the 90's

  • I remember seeing this late one night on the Disney Channel in the early 90s and thinking to myself, "Just whose this late sixties group that looks like Hanson with Beatle haircuts." LOL. I didn't think anyone wore those after 1968. In public

  • This is too good to be true, I never thought I'd be able to see this again. I remember seeing it when it originally aired in 1969. I loved it then and I love it as much now, thanks again for posting it, I loved seeing it again. Great job!

  • 7:03 the kid looks like he's gonna maul someone haha

  • hahal...kurt russell...hahah...looks so different

  • I can't believe Kurt Russell was ever this young.

  • I am such a DISNEYFREAK! I think they should reopen The People Mover cause at the moment the track is empty and Disney Worlds People mover is Popular, Kurt Russell is so young, probably in his teen years as a STAR! XD

  • @CoolioRockstar I agree! The People Mover was where you went to chill until you figured out what to do next and there were never any long lines..

  • It's nice to see a Gay person being represented in a 1970's Tv Special!

  • Wow this is great! Thank you! (They really make Disneyland seem like it's gigantic lol. Love everyone's threads, too hahaha)

  • I love it, I've been waiting a long time to watch this, thanks for posting.

I know this was aired March 22nd 1970, but when was it taped?

  • 3:33, if it were only that easy.

  • We ALL wish it were that easy. I could have saved some cash this winter when I went this year.

  • HAHAHA AWESOME HEHE
