i've always wondered .. was Julianne inside the piano at the beginning or was she just bending over and ducking behind it ???

like, if she was behind it, wouldn't you see her shadow ?

and if she were in it, wouldn't it be a lot harder for her to get out and i think it would take longer.

No probably not, but she most likely had a laproscopic surgery where there is not a large incision, so she would be able to recover faster.
