I'm training staff today on "upsell" but feedback was it feels creepy and I agreed, but it doesn't need to be neither does it need to be unethical/shday/pushy. I'm trying a "last mintue deal" where they can add an additional piece of our service if we have open spaces to fill on our schedule.
