I cannot even begin to list all the reasons why Doug Rokke is not stable but it is well known amongst those who know and have known him that he is not. To answer your question, I was deployed there (DS/DS) and have several other deployments. I served for nearly 30 years in the military and worked this subject matter in active duty and reserves. I taught, studied it, etc. I have advanced degrees from reputable universities related to this. But, exam the record. Don't take my word or Rokke's
