It's got to be said that the voice actors for the english dubs mostly suck. I really dont like Ryoko's voice actor in the OVA's. in the anime series and other Tenchi series, you can tell its a woman, but here its a man.
Right...I'm a bit confused here. Were these episodes posted because they had more scenes added to them from the original, or just because they're in English? I just finished watching all the OVA Season 3 Episodes (Thanks Naruto) and I don't recall some small moments appearing in those. Did the English release add scenes to make the final plot more understandable?

You can argue that he doesn't die, just removes himself from the dimension. Samething really, yet he has the power to come back, powers intact and everything. He says it himself "It happened again....oh well." when death isn't that big deal, it shows how far he's come

That's what happened when Tenchi turned into a god-like being when Z sliced him in half, he got teleported to see Kagato and they come back again and destroyed Z.
Actually, he still is using 3 LHW's if you pay attention and pause it kind of frame by frame. There is an inside ring, and 2 parts of the outside ring. Each part of the outside has 3 "wing like" extensions, but they are still part of the single wing. Each LHW can have a unique shape from the next, kind of like how Tsunami's LHW looks vs Kiriko's Miyuki's LHW look. Also, that would mean that the Idol in Episode 24 of GXP has atleast the same # of wings as Tsunami which isn't so.

Be thankful a lot of the other original actors/actresses came back. When I got this boxset, I was skeptical because Funimation were behind it. I was worried they'd get rid of all the old VA's. But luckily my favourites were back.
It just wouldn't be the same if they found a replacement for Washu. She's my favourite character. Though some of the new actors are ok with me. I love Tokimi's voice in this dub.

I think I know why they recasted ryoko. since this took 8 years to make and ryoko had little importance and screentime in this ova. She didnt have that much lines and they were wasting petrea burchards(ryoko's original va)time. So it didn't work out between her and the studio and they recasted her. They won't tell us this because that would make her look unprofessional and piss off fans. This is just my hypothesis though. She might come back if ryoko has a bigger part in the next ova.

it's an action cartoon and there has been parts in the series where it shows sexual humor but it's mainly an action anime but for tenchi the way he acts when ryoko is about to kiss him is way out there and if I was if I would'nt act like I did'nt like it he's trust takes it to another level.

@burby8100 DBZ is pretty much a long fight scene. Juraian's are not Jedi's. Kagato is nothing like Darth Vader. DV was the hero's flawed, tragic father. Kagato was just a crazy clone. And comparing Ryoko to Han Solo or Ayeka or Leia just shows how little you grasp the Tenchi series or the Star Wars series.
